Where are Palouse Brand products grown?
All of our products are grown on our family farm in the Palouse region of Eastern Washington state. We pride ourselves on providing 100% farm-to-table traceability for every bag we sell.
Are your products Non-GMO and Glyphosate-free?
Yes, all Palouse Brand products are Non-GMO Project Verified and we are proud to be certified Glyphosate Residue Free by the Detox Project.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location within the United States, your order will usually arrive within 3-7 business days via standard shipping.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns for food safety reasons. However, if your order is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
How should I store my grains and legumes?
For maximum shelf life, we recommend storing our products in a cool, dry, and dark location. Once opened, keeping them in airtight glass jars or food-grade containers will help maintain freshness for up to 2-3 years.
